Residents of East Lothian are invited to attend these events in order to get an insight into the plans and provide their feedback. The project development team will host the local residents at Prestonpans Community Centre on April 23 and at Longniddry Inn on April 24.

The proposed Inch Cape Offshore Wind Farm is located approximately 15-22 km to the east of the Angus coastline in Scotland. It will most likely comprise up to 213 turbines and cover an area of approximately 150 km². Once fully operational, the offshore wind farm will have an export capacity of approximately 1,000 MW and a potential yield of over 3,000 GWh per year.
