Rosneft President Holds Talks with KOGAS, STX in South Korea
Igor Sechin, Rosneft President and Chairman of the Management Board, held a working visit to the Republic of South Korea to hold talks with KOGAS and STX management on February 16.
The parties discussed prospects for expanding cooperation in hydrocarbon production as well as development of transportation technologies.
KOGAS, Korea Gas Corporation, is the biggest LNG importer on the Korean peninsula, and has projects in pipeline transportation of hydrocarbons in the Asia Pacific Region.
STX is a South Korean corporation which has activities all over the world, global leader in shipbuilding, possesses 18 shipyards in 8 countries. The company is involved in trading, sea shipping, construction and mechanic engineering as well as equipment construction for offshore hydrocarbon production.
