Russia: Gazprom Establishes New Subsidiary

Gazprom has registered a new wholly-owned subsidiary – OOO Gazprom personal.

The new company will recruit qualified professionals from Gazprom’s staff for international project-based joint ventures.

These professionals will be employed by OOO Gazprom personal, and all the social benefits and guarantees of Gazprom’s employees will be retained for them during service in a joint venture.

Anton Malyushitsky has been appointed Director General of OOO Gazprom personal.
