Siem Sells ‘Siem Sailor’

Norwegian Offshore ship supplier Siem Offshore is selling its platform supply vessel “Siem Sailor”

Siem Meling Offshore DA, Siem Offshore’s subsidiary, has entered into an agreement for the sale of the 2007 built Platform Supply Vessel “Siem Sailor” to a company controlled by O. H. Meling & Co. AS at price of NOK 295 million (USD 49.7 million). The vessel is scheduled for delivery in July 2014.

Siem Meling Offshore DA is 51% owned by Siem Offshore Inc. and 49% owned by a company controlled by O. H. Meling & Co. AS.
