Singapore: Rhapsody of the Seas Enters Sembawang Shipyard

Sembawang Shipyard has welcomed today Royal Caribbean’s Rhapsody of the Seas which will undergo a month long maintenance period. This is the third Royal’s vessel to undergo maintenance project. The plan is to refresh whole ship and install some new equipment.

The cruise company originally planned two week dry-docking period but decision was made to extend the period to four weeks in order to allow more extensive enhancements across the entire ship. The vessel is going to receive new furniture, carpets and upholstery, along with renovated staterooms as well as new technology.
