Spotted: Port of Saint Petersburg Welcomes Six

Six at Port of Saint Petersburg..
Russia’s Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg was really busy on July 9th, when it welcomed six cruise ships at the same time, reaching almost full berth occupancy of the port.

The ships on display were: Celebrity Silhouette from Royal Carribean & Celebrity Cruises, Empress from Pullmantur Cruises, Norwegian Star from Norwegian Cruise Line, Queen Elizabeth from Carnival Corporation & plc, Marina from Prestige Cruise Holdings Inc. and MCS Sinfonia from MSC Cruises.

On July 18th the port will reach its full berth capacity, welcoming 7 cruise ships at once.

PLC “Passenger Port of St. Petersburg “Marine Façade “- is the first and only in the North-Western region of Russia and also the largest in the Baltic region specialized passenger port located on the alluvial areas of Vasilievsky Island.

The port complex includes seven berths with a total length 2171,06 meters to receive cruise ships up to 330 meters long, three cruise and one specialized cruise – ferry terminal.
