VIDEO: Haiti LNG Import Terminal

GasEner posted an interesting video showing the artist view of the LNG import terminal in Haiti designed by GasEner, SRL for Haytrac Power & Gas.

This LNG project will cost $123 million and will be completed over the next 36 months. It is expected to create 159 direct jobs and nearly 6,000 indirect jobs. The dock will be built on an area of 75,000 m2 area and will significantly reduce environmental pollution.

According to its design, the LNG project will be implemented in two stages. First, the construction of 15 000 m3 for importing liquefied natural gas in Cité Soleil and Morne Cabrit, capacity that will be doubled later, and construction of a pipeline to supply the industrial area of Port au Prince, in order to supply the plants and make them more productive in respect of the environment.
