Westport and Swagelok Request to Join BoD of NGVA Europe

NGVA Europe announced that two more of its members have applied for seats on the association’s Board of Directors: Westport and Swagelok.

Together with GNVert, Bohlen & Doyen, Linde and Gasrec they will have to be officially confirmed by the next annual General Meeting (to be held at NGV2012 Bologna/Italy, next June 19th) to join NGVA Europe’s governing body.

The strongly growing support by manufacturers of NGVs, engines & filling stations and the increased backing by major gas suppliers is a clear signal by the industry to policy makers, indicating natural gas and biomethane will play a major role in the future fuel mix.
