Okskaya Shipyard Splashes Tenth Volgamax Bulk Carrier Kapitan Kanatov

Today, on January 19, 2012 Okskaya Shipyard organized launching ceremony for tenth vessel of a series of 10 Volgamax dry bulk carriers of RSD44 Project the 5,540 DWT Kapitan Kanatov. These Volgamax dry cargo ships of Project RSD44 were designed by Marine Engineering Bureau.

Bulk carriers RSD-44 are suitable for the transportation of bulk, general cargoes and containers and will replace the vessels of the previous series “Volga-Don”.
