Afai Southern Shipyard Completes Sea Trials For Ferry Xun Long 5

To insure the early sea trial and successful delivery of Xunlong No.5, the first vessel of 34m ferry project, since its launching, Afai Southern did its best to take various effective measures as quickly as possible, carried out the outstanding works before sea trial, and make sure meeting the requirements of sea trial.

By the meticulous organization and arrangement of project team of Engineering Department, all the subcontractors worked overtime against progress, the staffs of the relative departments actively attended during the holiday. Under the joint efforts, completed cable laying, pipe installation, outfitting, all the systems’ commissioning and mooring tests, inclining test etc., carried out the yard sea trial before Spring Festival, and won the time for the following official sea trial.
