HT Shipyard Splashes Ultramax Copenship Eco

Jiangsu Hantong Ship Heavy Industry Co. Ltd. (HT) has launched a newbuild 64.000 DWT bulk carrier, build for Load Line Marine SA, the ‘Copenship Eco’ (Yard No. HT64-115).

General Manager of the shipyard Mr.Yu Zebing ,Vice General Managers Mr. Zhou Yiqing and Mr.Gao Zhencheng together with the representatives of the ship-owner and the class attend the ceremony.

Copenship Eco name reflects the profile of the ship, an eco-type bulker carrying 15% more cargo and consuming 17% less fuel compared to an average supramax vessel.

The vessel is class approved by NK.
