ROSATOM to launch hydrogen fuel cell transport in Sakhalin Region
Russia’s atomic energy corporation Rosatom will collaborate with other industry players on hydrogen fuel cell transport to decarbonize the Sakhalin Region.


Specifically, Rosatom‘s subsidiary Rusatom Overseas, KAMAZ, Far East and Arctic Development Corporation, and Sakhalin Region Development Corporation signed a memorandum of understanding on this cooperation.
The parties are looking to jointly participate in the hydrogen fleet development project.
They will also discuss launching eco-friendly hydrogen fuel cell transport on the mentioned territory.
