South Korea, the world’s second biggest buyer of LNG, is due to get a liquefied natural gas cargo on August 21, according to shipping data.

The cargo is being hauled by the 141,000 cbm LNG Adamawa, and it is sailing from West Africa.

South Korea’s Pyeongtaek LNG terminal is the country’s first LNG import terminal and it is operated by KOGAS.
