Praxient Capital Acquires Flex LNG Shares, UK

Praxient Panther Master Fund, managed by Praxient Capital, has acquired 201,459 ordinary shares in Flex LNG .

After this acquisition Praxient Panther Master Fund has a total holding of 6,457,822 shares in FLEX representing 5.11% of the total shares in issue.

Praxient Capital LLP through its funds after this acquisition hold a total of 11,842,056 shares in FLEX representing 9.41% of the total shares in issue.
