BlackRock Decreases Equity in Wartsila (Finland)

BlackRock informed Wärtsilä that it has sold Wärtsilä shares on 25 September and now owns less than one twentieth (1/20) of the company’s votes.

Following the transaction BlackRock owns 9,824,523 shares or 4.98% of Wärtsilä’s share capital and total votes.
