Stichting Energy Valley chooses BLIX Consultancy BV to manage implementation of offshore wind project in the Netherlands.

The contract was awarded on March 01, 2011.

BLIX Consultancy BV is required to manage the implementation of the Offshore Wind Project. Support for the national government for the concentration of offshore wind activities over the Frisian Islands. Extend the extraction area wind up above the Wadden 8 GW. Explore a possible partnership in offshore electricity hub. Obtain EU funding for partnership.

Contract also includes establishment of new businesses or expanding existing companies in the field of offshore wind energy by creating new employment in Northern Netherlands. Maximum use of opportunities offered by the BARD Offshore wind farms offer. In co-operation with developing an MCN training cluster in the North of Holland.
