Centrica Continues Share Buy Back

Centrica said  it purchased (through J.P. Morgan Securities) 750,000 Centrica ordinary shares at an average price of 321.7193 pence per share.

The highest price and the lowest price paid for these shares were 323.50 pence and 320.20 pence respectively.

The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. As at the date of this announcement, Centrica holds 55,959,705 ordinary shares in treasury and has 5,038,916,687 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
