Centrica Continues with Share Repurchase Programme

Centrica said that it has purchased 750,000 Centrica ordinary shares at an average price of 330.0494 pence per share.

The highest price and the lowest price paid for these shares were 331.30 pence and 328.40 pence respectively. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares.

As at the date of this announcement, Centrica plc holds 53,558,078 ordinary shares in treasury and has 5,041,318,314 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
