Chengxi Completes Sea Trials for MV ROYAL SESA

MV ROYAL SESA, built by Chengxi for SESAGOA, successfully completed its three-day sea trails and returned to the outfitting quay of Chengxi Shipyard on 15th August, 2012.

MV Royal Sesa is a floating transfer station built for SESAGOA India. The ship is 92.4m in length, 28m in breadth, 6.5m in depth with two cranes and one self unloading system on it.

The blocks erection was commenced on 12th June, 2012. During the three days trial period, all required tests were carried out as scheduled and the result is quite satisfied. Now the shipyard is working full speed to rectify the defects discovered in the test and complete the additional request from Owner and make sure the ship could be delivered in short time.
