China Imports 1,3 Million Tonnes of LNG in Jan

China paid about $601.67 per ton for the 1,303,252 mt of LNG imported in the country in January, customs data showed.

The country imported 814,186 mt of LNG in January 2011.

Most of the LNG supplies in January were shipped from Qatar and Australia.
