China: Shiyi Electrical Motor Co Repairs 2650 KW Side Thrust Motor

Recently, Shanghai Shiyi Electrical Motor co. Ltd took the repair item of an import side thrust motor of 2650KW 1800V. After the initial inspection, the technician found the stator had scrapped the rotor and several pieces of steel were loose.

“We were pressed for the time so we decided to fix the loose steels and varnished the motor manually after the negotiation with the customer,” said company`s technician . “It’s pretty complicated item because of the different manufacture craft of the motor home and abroad. The technicians were patient and painstaking during the whole process of the restoration . We won the approval from the customer with the rich experience and excellent skill.”
