CIC Changxing Completes Repairs of MV AN CHENG AN, China

CIC Changxing Shipyard completed the repairs of MV AN CHENG AN on February 26th 2013.

The vessel arrived to the shipyard’s premises on February 18th. The main work included windlass winch high oil box and relative pipes conversion, gauging pipe’s water box conversion in NO1-NO4 DBT.

CIC Changxing Shipyard’s hull workshop manager paid high attention to complete the work on time. The windlass winch high oil box and relative pipes works could not be done in dry-docking, so the shipyard has to perform the work after undocking, in order to finish the repair in such a short period of time. Machinery workshop paid high attention to this work, such as collecting the labors positively, making proper plan, working overtime.
