CNGVA names new executive director

Canadian Natural Gas Vehicle Alliance (CNGVA) said it has appointed Bruce Winchester as Executive Director.

“Bruce’s extensive government and public policy experience will be invaluable as we work to expand the use of natural gas in Canada as a clean, affordable, and safe transportation fuel,” said Doug Stout, Chair of the CNGVA Board of Directors.

Prior to joining the CNGVA, Winchester served in a variety of posts in the not for profit and government sectors. With two decades of experience in public policy, advocacy, and communications he has experience working with stakeholders and industry associations to identify emerging economic opportunities and challenges, CNGVA said.

He will also serve as Canada’s representative to the Natural Gas Vehicle Alliance.
