 Colin Graham joins Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe

Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe said that Colin Graham has joined the firm as a partner in its Energy & Infrastructure Group, resident in London.

Formerly with Hogan Lovells, Graham has 15 years’ experience working on the development of projects in the energy, power and resources sectors. In the energy sphere, Graham has worked on upstream oil & gas, pipeline projects, off-take agreements and energy-trading arrangements, most recently as counsel to the Shah Deniz consortium on the commercialization of the US$40 billion Shah Deniz field and Southern Gas Corridor from Azerbaijan to Italy.

Graham has also worked on a range of projects involving liquefied natural gas (LNG), including LNG liquefaction and regas projects, long-term gas and LNG sales and LNG shipping matters. He has also spent significant time advising clients in the development, financing and sale of conventional and renewable power projects, including hydro-electric, biomass, wind and nuclear assets.
