Dolphin Geophysical to Acquire 2D Survey for Anadarko Off South Africa

Dolphin Geophysical AS has signed an agreement with Anadarko South Africa (Pty) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, for the acquisition of approximately 6250 kms, 2D survey offshore South Africa, where Anadarko is partnered with PetroSA.

The survey will be acquired by Artemis Atlantic commencing in December 2012.

VP Marketing & Sales Phil Suter, commented “This is our second contract for work in South Africa and marks another award from a major oil company, demonstrating Dolphin’s strengthening presence in the seismic market.”
