Donggi Senoro LNG Project Ships First Cargo

The first liquefied natural gas (LNG) cargo from Indonesia’s USD 2.9 billion Donggi Senoro LNG Project was shipped to Pertamina’s Arun LNG receiving terminal on August 2.

The first shipment was announced by Mitsubishi Corporation, which holds a 45% share in the PT Donggi-Senoro LNG (DSLNG), the operating joint venture company of this project.

DSLNG has a liquefaction natural gas plant which has 2 million tonnes per annum of LNG production capacity, located in Central Sulawesi State, Sulawesi island.

DSLNG will deliver LNG based on long term contracts to supply 1 million tonnes per year to Chubu Electric Power Co Inc., 300,000 tonnes per year to Kyushu Electric Power Co Inc. and 700,000 tonnes per year to Korea Gas Corporation (KOGAS).
