Energy Minister to Address Australia Gas Conference

The CWC Group announced that the Honourable Minister Martin Ferguson AM MP, Minister for Resources & Energy, Australia will address international delegates at the second annual Australia Gas conference in November on Australia’s gas future.

Minister Ferguson joins a stellar line up of companies participating in the high profile annual meeting with key buyers from across Asia represented including, China National Petroleum Corporation, India’s Petronet LNG and PLN and the Indonesian state electricity company. He will also be joined by colleagues from the state governments of Queensland, New South Wales, Western and South Australia.

As Australian LNG export projects face competition from East Africa, the conference, which is co-hosted by the International Gas Union, is a timely occasion for project developers, government officials and international stakeholders involved in the Australian gas market to come together to explore the opportunities in Australia’s gas market.
