‘Esvagt Cornelia’ begins Det norske spell

The latest Emergency Response & Rescue Vessel (ERRV) in the fleet of Esvagt last week entered the port of Trondheim for its naming ceremony.

Camilla Berg, the Senior Contracts Engineer at oil company Det  norske named the fourteenth C-type ERRV of Esvagt at a ceremony held Thursday, December 4.

The naming ceremony also marked the start of the vessel’s a three-year contract with Det norske. The Emergency Response and Rescue vesssel was named Esvagt Cornelia.

Esvagt says that its C-type ERRV is designed and approved to operate worldwide. The  ship  also carries two Fast Rescue Boats FRB 15C onboard and offers optimal support in any emergency, Esvagt explains.
