Ezion secures work for its service rig

Ezion Holdings, a Singapore-based provider of offshore marine logistics and support services, has secured a contract for one of its service rigs.

The company has said that the contract value is up to $76 million. The rig will be employed by a Southeast Asian based national oil company on to support its oil & gas activities over a three-year period.

The service rig is expected to be deployed and working in the Southeast Asian waters by end 2016.

Ezion is the owner of one of the largest and most sophisticated class of Multi-Purpose Self Propelled Jack-up Rigs (“Liftboats”) in the world and one of the first to promote the usage of Liftboats in Asia & Middle East. Ezion’s Liftboats are used mainly for well-servicing, commissioning, maintenance and decommissioning of offshore platforms.
