Sea Trucks Group has secured its first contract  in Brazil, the Netherland-based company has informed.

Sea Trucks will provide accommodation support services to Saipem for 300 people, including lifting operations, storage support and logistic support services for modifications works of an FPSO.

Sea Trucks has picked its DP3 accommodation support vessel, Jascon 28, for the job. The vessel, which has recently been upgraded, has a 270 ton capacity main crane and will be connected to the FPSO via its 42.5 m hydraulic heave compensated telescopic gangway.

The work will kick off in Q3 2015, with the contract set for a minimum period of four months. AIS data shows that the Jascon 28 is currently in Nigeria.
