The 4,363-passenger cruise ship MSC Fantasia, owned by cruise line company MSC Cruises, has called at the port of Haifa, Israel today.

This is MSC Fantasia’s first in a series of visits it will be making to Israel this winter.

At 137,936 tons, and a maximum speed of slightly over 22 knots, the vessel is currently sailing on its Mediterranean itineraries.

The Italian Fantasia class cruise ship, features a length of 330 meters and a 67.6 meters. It was delivered to MSC Cruises in 2008.

As World Maritime News reported in April, MSC Cruises included the Greek islands of Rhodes and Crete, as well as Cyprus and Israel into its sailings from autumn 2015 to winter 2016.

The following are aerial images of the ship’s arrival to sunny Haifa.
