Gazprom, Kamaz jointly developing Russian NGV market

Gazprom and Kamaz representatives met during the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum to discuss joint development of the Russian NGV market.

Both companies are already initiating and searching for locations for new CNG filling stations. The work is in full force on the newly produced gas-powered Kamaz trucks and their distribution areas.

Gazprom is currently developing the unified on-line platform to promote and introduce NGVs in Russia, including those produced domestically.

Alexey Miller of Gazprom and Sergey Kogogin of Kamaz noted that the cooperation between the two companies means enhanced competitiveness, and both placed the construction of the new CNG filling stations and servicing facilities for the NGVs at the top of the priority list.
