Germany: Derrick Noe Resigns From REpower Executive Board of Directors

REpower Systems SE informs that on 19 April 2012 the Supervisory Board of REpower Systems SE and Derrick Noe, CFO of the company, agreed that Mr Noe will resign from the executive board of directors of REpower Systems SE with immediate effect by way of an amicable mutual agreement due to different views on the company’s future business strategy.

Suzlon Group has a policy of not commenting on rumor or speculation.

The company is one of the leading international manufacturers of onshore and offshore wind turbines.  The power ratings of its turbines range from 1.8 up to 6.15 MW with rotor diameters between 82 and 126 meters.

It also provides clients with project-specific solutions in the areas of wind farm engineering, service and maintenance, transport and installation as well as foundation.
