Golar makes management changes

LNG shipper Golar and Golar LNG Partners informed that Graham Robjohns has decided to step down from his position as chief financial officer.

The resignation comes following 20 years of service at the company, Robjohns will be replaced by Brian Tienzo who will step down from his position as CFO of Golar LNG Partners.

Golar added that Robjohns will take the role of Golar Partners CEO until April 30, 2020, while the search for permanent replacement proceeds.

Robjohns will in the next six months as CEO for Golar MLP be given a special task to look at structural opportunities to optimize the value of the assets and the large order backlog in Golar MLP.

Golar LNG Partners added that the partnership’s general partner has appointed Georgina Sousa as a replacement for Michael Ashford as one of the general partner’s three appointed directors.

Ashford is also retiring as company secretary and will be replaced by Sousa.
