GSP Falcon Completes First North Sea Project for Wintershall

GSP Falcon has completed its first North Sea project for Wintershall Noordzee B.V.

The vessel installed 30 kilometers of 10 inch diameter pipeline in the Dutch sector of the North Sea. The newly installed pipeline reroutes production from the existing Q4-C platform and connects it subsea to the existing 10 inch pipeline in the Q8 field, which runs to the gas treatment facilities at the Q8-Terminal.

The vessel is mobilizing for its next project, for Perenco UK.

Wintershall Noordzee B.V. is based in Rijswijk and is a subsidiary of the German company Wintershall Holding GmbH, a member of the BASF group. Currently GSP provides for the same Client offshore drilling services in the Dutch sector of the North Sea with the cantilever type jack-up rig GSP Saturn.
