Hoegh LNG Increases Share Capital (Norway)

Höegh LNG said its new shares have been issued and registered in the Norwegian central securities depository, Verdipapirsentralen, following the the company’s announcment in May where the company revealed it will issue 7,536 new shares as part remuneration for services rendered by members of the Board of Directors.

After this registration, the registered share capital is USD 698,930.55.

The new number of issued shares is 69,893,055, each with a par value of USD 0.01, Höegh LNG said in a statement.
