Work Gets Under Way on £30million Redevelopment Programme at Aberdeen Harbour

The first phase of the Torry Quay project will deepen the harbour bed in order to accommodate larger vessels. The initial stage of the three phase project will see the existing upstream berths demolished and replaced with 300 metres of realigned, deep water quays. The quays will be reinforced to handle heavy lifts and create more room in the River Dee for vessels to navigate.
