Portsmouth Shipyard to Have Three Carriers at Onc

The Norfolk Naval Shipyard, which typically handles just one aircraft carrier at a time, will be home to three carriers at once this fall, said Navy Capt. Joseph Campbell, the yard’s commanding officer.
