Bond Issue for Aker American Shipping

Aker American Shipping ASA (AKASA) intends to issue a bond loan of up to NOK 700 million. The loan will be applied to general working capital purposes related to the construction of the product tankers at its subsidiary Aker Philadelphia Shipyard, Inc. (APSI).
