Iran Offers Help to Repair Damaged Gas Pipeline

Iran has offered to help Turkey to repair a section of its natural gas transfer line, which was damaged by an explosion earlier this week, managing director of the National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC), Javad Owji announced.

He went on to say that, Iranian gas flow to Turkey has been halted due to an explosion on the pipeline in Turkey, Iran’s SHANA news agency reported.

Owji further noted that NIGC technicians can put the damaged pipeline back in operation within two days after maintenance.
