Iran ready to resume gas export to Turkey

Iran will resume exporting natural gas to Turkey after an attack on the pipeline caused short disruption in the gas flow on Turkish soil.

Spokesman for the National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC), Majid Boujarzadeh said that gas transfer to Turkey would be resumed immediately after BOTAS declares its readiness to take the gas.

According to a report of the public relations of NIGC, he added that Iran is ready to cooperate with Turkish technicians to solve the problem that has affected the gas supply.
