Japan: Tepco April LNG Imports at 2.04 Million Tonnes

Japan’s Tokyo Electric Power (TEPCO) said its liquefied natural gas imports in April were at 2.04 million tonnes, compared to 1.89 million tonnes in April last year.

TEPCO used 1.91 million tons of LNG in April, compared to 1.9 million tonnes the company consumed in April of 2013.

The company plans to use 23.82 million tonnes of LNG in fiscal 2012-13.
