Klaipedos Nafta posts EUR 5.4 mln income from LNG terminal

AB Klaipedos Nafta, the operator of Lithuanian LNG terminal informed that its sales revenues from the terminal reached EUR 5.4 million in August.

This is equal to the one-twelfth of the sum of necessary LNG terminal operation costs and return on investments into LNG terminal infrastructure for the year 2015, the company said in its report.

During the months of August the company re-regasified 394 thousand MWh of the natural gas and supplied to the natural gas transmission system.

This activity started to be carried out on 27 November 2014 and during the first eight months of 2015 the company re-regasified and supplied 3,361 thousand MWh to the natural gas transmission system.
