Maxoil Solutions names Corporate Strategy Advisor

Maxoil Solutions has appointed a Corporate Strategy Advisor to drive the company’s ambitious global growth strategy.

Bill Cochrane has been installed in the position and will now work with Maxoil’s senior management team to expand its operations internationally.

He joins the company with a wealth of industry experience, having held specialist roles across a range of disciplines – including within the technical, operational and business development arenas – over the course of 38 years.

Most recently, Cochrane was Director, Business Development Americas, for energy giant, Wood Group PSN. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of ODL; a Wood Group company, which employs 180 people worldwide.

Cochrane’s responsibilities will see him build on the impressive success enjoyed by Maxoil’s international bases in Aberdeen, London, Houston, Stavanger, Kuala Lumpur and Perth, Australia, to establish the company as the industry leader in oil and gas consultancy and troubleshooting.
