MEO Australia Provides Update on Blackwood-2 Drilling

MEO Australia said that on Friday the Ensco 104 jack up drilling rig was preparing to commence the wireline logging program having drilled to total depth at 3,425mMDRT.

• Drilled 216mm (8½”) hole from 3,150mMDRT to 3,226mMDRT
• Cut core from 3,226m to 3,283mMDRT (recovered 60m)
• Drilled 216mm (8½”) hole from 3,283mMDRT to 3,425mMDRT (Total Depth)
• Prepared to commence wireline logging program

Present Operation:

• Preparing to conduct wireline logging program

Outlook:

• Production test (if warranted)
• Plug and abandon well
