Ministry of Economy, Trade & Industry - Japan, Confirmed to Open World LNG Summit

Mr. Yasuhiro Matsuyama, Director for Petroleum & Natural Gas Division, Ministry of Economy, Trade & Industry (METI) Japan, will give the opening keynote address at the Thirteenth World LNG Summit and Awards Gala Dinner on Wednesday 28 November 2012 at the Hotel Arts in Barcelona.

Mr Matsuyama, who is responsible for Japan’s oil and gas policy, will be delivering the latest updates on Japan’s energy plan offering delegates a unique understanding as to how this will impact the global LNG business. With so many questions being asked about Japan’s future nuclear policy, this will be an excellent opportunity to hear directly from Japan’s most senior policy makers and draw conclusions as to how this will affect the LNG supply and demand balance in the future.
