Mozambique PM and Eni CEO Meet in Rome

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Mozambique, Alberto Vaquina, and Eni’s CEO, Paolo Scaroni, met in Rome to discuss Eni’s activities in the country.

During the meeting, Eni’s CEO updated the Prime Minister on the progress of ongoing projects, which are considered strategic for both Eni and Mozambique.

In Mozambique, Eni is the operator of Area 4 with a 70% participating interest. The other companies in the Area are Galp Energia (10%), KOGAS (10%) and ENH (10%, exploration phase only).
