I.M. Skaugen Considers Bond Issue

Norwegian marine transportation company I.M. Skaugen SE said it is contemplating a new senior unsecured bond issue with final maturity in April 2017.

The contemplated bond issue will have a minimum issue amount of NOK 350 million.

Net proceeds from the contemplated bond issue will be used to refinance existing bonds maturing in 2013 and for general corporate purposes.

I.M. Skaugen currently operates 39 vessels worldwide, which are engaged in the transportation of petrochemical gases, chemicals, LPG and LNG, the marine transfer of crude oil and LNG.
