Margot van Soest started her journey in 2004 at SThree, a house of seven specialised brands including Progressive. As a true veteran in the staffing industry, she leads the Dutch and Spanish division of SThree, the only global STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) staffing specialist, providing permanent and flexible employment solutions, to a diverse base of over 8,200 clients across 14 countries with £431M net fees in 2022. She’s an expert in her field, with a strong focus on driving people projects such as retention, employer branding, diversity and inclusion, and ESG. Her objective is to create and sustain a work environment that prioritizes employee growth and development – for SThree employees and ambassadors.

Margot obtained a master’s degree in Science, specializing in Strategic Management, from the University of Amsterdam. She embarked on her professional journey by joining SThree’s University of Life program. Throughout her career, Margot has consistently pursued personal growth and development. She successfully completed a master’s program in Change Management at VU Amsterdam, obtained the PROSCI certification, and successfully completed the Lean Six Sigma training.
