Petronet LNG names new Nominee Director

Petronet LNG, India’s largest importer of the chilled fuel, said that it has appointed Debasis Sen as Nominee Director of Indian Oil Corporation on the Board of the company.

“Shri. Debasis Sen has been appointed as Nominee Director of Indian Oil Corporation on the Board of the company w.e.f. October 21, 2014 in place of Shri. A. M. K. Sinha who had superannuated from the services of Indian Oil Corporation,” Petronet LNG said in a filling to the stock exchange.

Petronet operates two LNG terminals, the first at Dahej in Gujarat with the capacity of 10 Mtpa, and the second with a capacity of 5 Mtpa in Kochi, Kerala.[mappress mapid=”15733″]
